Who we are

This website is operated by AIERA d.o.o., Moše 27 b, 1216 Smlednik, Slovenia (VAT ID SI29731917). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• your name and email address,
• optionally your company name and current website,
• your message,
• the website you came from, if your browser shares it, so we know which of our sites referred you.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare an offer. The legal basis is your request and steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your details for newsletters or sell them to anyone.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our email inbox. Netlify may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you can object to processing. Send your request through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
